Property developer Singapore Land has bought a freehold residential site off Holland Road for S$336 million in a collective sale.
The price works out to S$821 per square foot per plot ratio, including a development charge.
The site on Ridgewood Close spans some 18,153 square metres and currently houses the Himiko Court condominium.
SingLand says it intends to redevelop the site.
The sale still needs the approval of the Strata Titles Board.
SingLand will fund the purchase with internal funds and bank borrowings.
